There are sufficient no. of hostels for boys and girls. Separate hostels for foreign national students. For details contact Estate Manager/ Hostel Warden.

12. What are Attendance rules?

A student must have a minimum attendance of seventy five percent of the total number of classes including lectures, tutorials and hundred percent in practical held in a course in order to be eligible to appear in the University Examination for that course. A student should meet the above attendance requirement irrespective of the number of days he/she is on medical and /or other leave for any reason whatsoever. Those students whose attendance is less than 75% shall not be allowed to appear in the university Examination.

13. Is anti-ragging rule executed in NBN Sinhgad School of Engineering?

As Ragging is CRIMINAL OFFENCE, it is strictly prohibited as per (SLP (C) No. 24295/2004), judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. It state that, “ If any incident of  ragging comes to the notice of the college authority, the concerned student shall be given liberty to explain and if his explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority will expel him from the Institution.
