  1. Vishal Pawar, Department of Computer Engineering, NBNSSOE, Pune got selected as Engineering Club Head in Sinhgad Karandak 2020, Sinhgad Student Council.
  2. Students successfully conducted Workshop on Drone Design and Innovation at Sinhgad Spring Dale School, vadgaon campus arranged for 7th,8th and 9th standard organized on dates 10th Jan 2020 to 12th Jan 2020. 140 students attended the workshop. Organizers: Piyush Agrawal and Apurva Joshi. Volunteers: Harsh Agrawal and Ajinkya Ghorpade.
  3. Team STES and Apurva Chaturvedi student of Department of Computer Engineering, NBNSSOE, Pune received National level Award for Asia's largest festival Mood Indigo at IIT Bombay. Event was organised on 26th to 29th Dec 2019 by IIT Bombay.

Achievements of Students in Co-Curricular Activities(2017-18)

1) Rajkumar Patil, Chinmayi Yeragi, Piyush Shah and Mrunal Tilekar (BE Computer) developed a Mobile Application on Blood donation. They have developed this Application under the giudance of Prof. D. S. Gaikwad and Prof. P. S. Hanwate. An article on Mobile Application was published in "Lokmat" Newspaper dated on 15th June 2018.

2) Sohum Dhawale was Google Student Ambassador.

3) Piyush Shah was Accenture Student Ambassador.

4)Tanmay Borkar, Snehal Ghadage and Mangesh Dudhal (BE Computer) secured 3rd Rank in ‘INDIA RISING' competition organized by Deutsche Kraftwerke and won Cash Prize of Rs. 3000.

Deutsche Kraftwerke has organized ‘INDIA RISING’, a competition where students can showcase their dexterity at solving a problem with any and all tools that their bright minds can think of. The project competition was designed to target the enterprising youth who wish to advertise their unique take on daily problems and revolutionize business all around.

NES INNOVATION AWARDS-2017

A project ‘Sign to Speech’ done by Pratik Shah, Shubham Jadhav, Ashutosh Wadhvekar, and Parag Hoshig of B.E. Computer Engineering, NBN Sinhgad School of Engineering got the first prize at ‘NES Innovation Awards 2017’ on 2nd March,2017. Students received the award, a trophy and ` 50,000/- from Padma Vibhushan Dr. R. A. Mashelkar.

Smart India Hachathon 2017

In Smart India Hachathon 2017, total six teams were participated from our institutes in preliminary round and only one team qualified for the grand finale, named “Mageek”, led by Akash Chikane (TE Computer), and others Shrirang Kulkarni, Pritam Chaudhari, Priyanka Daulatabad, Barve Sharayu and Seemant Singh.

This team also had two mentors as per the rule of competition, from computer department, Prof. D. S. Gaikwad and Prof. A. P. Tikar.
