Grievance Redressal for Students

The college is having its own Grievance Redressal Mechanism. It is a management and administration related process.  GR primarily covers the receipt and processing of complaints from stake holders. It is the gauge to measure its efficiency and effectiveness as it provides important feedback on the working of the administration. Direct feedback from students, parents and other stake holders enable to take the corrective action in time.

A feedback box is placed near to the office in the institution. This box is opened periodically and suggestions/ grievances are discussed in the meeting of the cell and appropriate action is taken if necessary.

Objective:

The objective of the Grievance Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
