The Department of Computer Technology of Sou. Venutai Chavan Polytechnic was established in year 1994 & is growing with flourishing computing facilities & dedicated faculties. The Department has continuously upgraded the infrastructure in order to cope up with changing needs to technical environment. We have a rich infrastructure with more than 150 branded machines of latest configurations with essential peripherals & advanced licensed softwares.The department organize Development Programs for faculties & Students, such as FTPs, Workshops, Seminars, Paper Presentations, Quiz etc.
To bridge the gap between the academics & Industry Requirements, the department has good synchronization with industrial organization, which provides helping hand in meeting the future expectations of students by enriching their lives for better careers.
The goal of the department is to nurture the students by polishing their talents so as to cultivate competency responsibilities and highly rewarding careers in computer engineering professions and to present them as responsible citizens as well as good human beings.
