“Coming together is the beginning keeping together is progress working together is success”.

Keeping the above quote as our inspiration, we at Sou. VenutaiChavan Polytechnic, organise alumni meet every year. Our alumni are biggest strength and we maintain a strong bond with them. This year the alumni meet was organised on 28^th December 2019 at Sinhgad Spring Dale Public School ground. Approximately 750 to 800 students had registered for the participation. Out of those 600 students were present for the meet. The meet was organised by the principal Dr. (Mrs.) Mrunalini Jadhav and Vice-Principal Mrs. Sujatha K Biyani and it was Co-ordinated by Mr. Virendrasingh Rajput, Training and Placement Officer.

The students were addressed by the principal, vice-principal, heads of the department, a few staff members. Later on some fun games were organised for the students. Few alumni Expressed their views about SVCP, few of them shared their nostalgic moments spent at SVCP. The program was anchored by Shriya Deo, special mention for Aniket Nalavade and Akash Gaikwad our alumina students is important as they were continuously on their toes to make this event a success. The event was followed by sumptuous dinner and was concluded with the mixed feelings of happiness excitement of meeting so many students after many years.
