SINHGAD INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS REVIEW Engaging in research is like looking through a Kaleidoscope, where multidimensional views of problems and solutions can be worked out and appropriate rational solution can be selected. With this thought, SIOM started publishing a national Journal named “The SIOM journal” from June 2007. It is a forum for Academicians, Corporate Executives ,Students of Management for discussion, deliberation and resolution of Business Issues and Problems. After the first three issues of SIOM Journal it was realised that there was need to extend geographical scope of this publication. In June 2009, it was renamed as “Sinhgad International Business Review (SIBR)”. SIBR - A peer reviewed International Journal of a multidisciplinary nature. The vision of the journal is to offer an academic avenue to researchers across the globe to publish their original, innovative and high quality research work. It accepts empirical and conceptual submissions that make a significant research contribution to the domain of Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Commerce.
