Industrial visit to Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. aimed at motivating the students for preparing themselves for the industry. The visit focuses on the advances Information technology has made, Synechron Technologies’ role in the growth of IT and how students can enhance their technical and interpersonal skills to get placed in top IT companies. We started our visit to Synechron at 01:30 PM from RMD Sinhgad Campus and reached at Synechron Premises at Hinjewadi around 02:00 P.M. After completing formalities on registration desk, we headed towards the Conference room. |

First Session at Synechron: Mr. Kulwinder Singh, Global Marketing and Communication Director addressed the students during first session.Mr. Kulwinder Singh introduced the students about the working culture of Synechron and various working domains of Synechron.
He said ” Synechron offers cutting edge digital media, ecommerce, social media and mobile capabilities to the Top 15 digital agencies in the world and via them, to leading global brands.Synechron Technologies offers consultative and collaborative client facing teams combined with experienced back office teams commended by clients for their subject matter expertise and unrelenting focus on execution”.
Afterwards, He elaborated his session by stating the industry expectations from MCA students. His session was an eye-opener session for the students. He clearly mentioned the ways to get ready for IT industries to our students.
He further took queries from the students and answered those queries with real time examples.
Second Session: The second session was taken by Mr. Vasant Khokale, Technical Director .He gave information about technical requirements of IT Industry. He then discussed about various technologies like HTML5,Angular JS, Agile, Scrum, UX UI tools as future perspective.
Visit Inside Synechron Premises:
After second session, Students and faculties were allowed to see the staff cubicles and interaction with the staff members of Synechron.After completing the formalities, we thanked Synechron Technologies staff.
