About the course

As the total intake of the college is 160, we have divided this in four Divisions of 40 students each. All these divisions will have the same course content as prescribed by the Council of Architecture & the University of Pune

In addition to this we have a special emphasis on a particular discipline of architecture to cater to the enhanced nature & scope of architectural practice today. Hence each division will have an additional elective subject related to its philosophy, over & above the syllabus, and its design philosophy is expected to reflect in the subject of architectural design which is the core subject in architecture. Philosophy & Objectives

People build houses for shelter and safety, for comfort and delight. Interior design and architecture can not be separated from each other. Interior design evolves through the need of man to personalize his own space.

The need and importance of Interior Design has increased, as has the awareness of the multidisciplinary approach of an Architect. The professional Designer is enriched through education and experience, thereby examining the quality of interior spaces adding to its enhancement. Moreover Interior design has inculcated notes of health, safety, and welfare of public and ultimately the quality of life of the society. Due TO readymade houses being offered by Builders lot of demand for such interior design architect is there. In future this demand will increase tremendously.
