CONSTITUTION

Alumni Association of Sinhgad College of Architecture was established on 14th of June, 2004, the same day as the very first batch entered the final year of B. Arch. Course. The following constitution was adopted.

MEMBERS

All current and past students are inducted into the Alumni Association after filling out the form. In addition to the students, well-wishers and supporters of SCOA may also be given membership. The Association may offer Honorary Membership to any outstanding person on the recommendation of the governing body.

MISSION

• To create a long lasting bond between the college and its students by networking them with one another.
• To support the functioning of the “Placement Cell” in its objective of guiding present students through the help of past students holding positions in various industries.
• To grant scholarships / awards /other monetary and non-monetary assistance to deserving students.

FUTURE PLANS

• Association will organize social outings, campus activities and regional events for alumni to get involved.
• It will also provide benefits including Career Development Services and address referrals in association with Training and Placement Cell.
• Formal dinner/ farewell will be planned for outgoing students where they will get an opportunity to meet and mingle with their seniors as well as successful people from industry.

GOVERNING BODY OF ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

A meeting of present Employees and students of Sinhgad College of Architecture, Vadgaon, Bk Pune was held on17th October 2016 at STES Campus at VadgaonBk, Pune. First Governing Council was formed with following members,

Under this organization SCOA formed an Alumni Association for SCOA with following members on 22 December 2017.

New committee will be formed in 2020 after completion of 3yrs of current committee.

Convocation ceremony 2019 of 2018 Graduate students

SPPU Convocation ceremony of the B.Arch 2018 passed out students was celebrated on 11^th February on 2019 at SCOA Assembly hall. Ar. LokeshKadam who was the ranker & topper of SCOA was felicitated by Dr.Banani Banerjee.

Term I

Alumni Meet On 22 August 2019

STES Institute completed 25 years last year and SCOA completed 20 years this year. SCOA Alumni Association was formed in December 2017 with 13 Alumni on the panel. SCOA started in year 2000 with the first batch graduated in 2005. There are more than 1100 alumni of SCOA in B Arch, M Arch and PhD Degree. The meet was organized on Thursday, 22 August 2019 at 9:00 am 11:00 am. The students from all batches i.e. from 2005 to 2019 batch were invited for the meet. Presentations and interaction session was organized.

Term II

STES’ 5^th Graduation Ceremony

STES’S 5^th graduation ceremony was organized on 6^th of February 2020 for the students graduated in 2019 and before for topper students of all branches. On the same day, SCOA also organized in Multipurpose Hall for all graduates on 2019 batch and before.
