4. Whether one can transfer admission from one Architecture College to another Architecture college?

Yes, it is possible within the colleges under Pune University provided one can produce a no objection certificate from the earlier institute & one should have passed in all the subjects in the examinations without any backlog. It is also possible within India provided the subjects/Semester/Year equivalence criteria of Pune University are met. All other conditions stated above will remain the same.

5. What is the intake capacity of our college?

160 seats are filled up every year in the First year of B.Arch. course and

20 seats for M.Arch (Architectural Conservation) and

20 seats for M.Arch. (Computer Applications).

6. What is the annual fee structure for Indian students for B.Arch. (2022-23)?

Fees for the Academic Year 2022–23: -

For Indian students Final Fees Rs. 1, 28,500/- per annum.

7. Whether hostel accommodation & other amenities are available?

Separate hostels for boys(11 + 1 NRI = twelve boys hostels) and girls(19+1 NRI= Twenty Girls hostels) are provided within the campus with all modern amenities. Thirteen Messes (Maharashtrian, Gujarati, Punjabi, & Non-Veg.), fifteen canteens, STD booth, laundry, dispensary, banks, ATM Centers, Netcafe are provided within the campus.

1) Hostel fee for Indian students is Rs 65,000/-per annum, (Rs. 29,000/- Hostel rent, Rs, 8000 Maintenance charges , Rs.1000 Admission fee , Rs.22,000 Mess charges & Rs.5000/- deposit (refundable)).

2) Hostel Fee for Foreign students/ NRI students: Rs.71,000/- per annum.(Rs.60,000/-annual fee, Rs.1000 Admission fee & Rs.10000/- deposit (refundable) (Mess charges Rs. 22,000 if desired)) for one academic year.

8. How is our college campus connected to the main Pune City?
Our college campus is 9 km. away from Deccan Gymkhana (main city area). Pune Municipal Transport buses are available at regular intervals up to our campus from Pune Railway station, Shaniwarwada, Kothrud&Swargate. Three Seater/ Six Seater auto-rickshaws are also available from any part of the city up to our campus.
