1. When is the Aptitude Test conducted?
National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA) is conducted by Council of Architecture from April of every year till August . For more information check the web site: www.nata.in
2.Whether the Aptitude Test is compulsory or not?
Yes, Aptitude test is compulsory. No candidate including Management Quota, PIO, and Foreign students shall be admitted to any architecture college unless he or she qualifies the Aptitude Test.
NATA is conducted in SCOA every year in April to August. SCOA is one of the authorized test centre for NATA
3.What are the minimum qualifications for the admission?
The Candidate should be an Indian National;
Passed HSC or its equivalent with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) ;
Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) with Mathematics as compulsory subject;

4.Whether one can transfer admission from one Architecture College to another Architecture college?
Yes, it is possible within the colleges under Pune University provided one can produce a no objection certificate from the earlier institute & one should have passed in all the subjects in the examinations without any backlog. It is also possible within India provided the subjects/Semester/Year equivalence criteria of Pune University are met. All other conditions stated above will remain the same.
5.What is the intake capacity of our college?
160 seats are filled up every year in the First year of B.Arch. course.
6.What is the annual fee structure for 'Indian' and 'Foreign' students for B.Arch
For Indian students Final Fee at Rs. 1, 04,110/-* per annum.
For Foreign students Final Fees at Rs. 2, 32,800/-* per annum.
For all first year students library deposit (refundable) Rs.1500/-
For all first year students caution money (refundable) Rs.4000/-
For all first year students alumni association fee Rs.1000/-

7.Whether hostel accommodation & other amenities are available?
Separate hostels for boys(11 + 1 NRI = twelve boys hostels) and girls(19+1 NRI= Twenty Girls hostels) are provided within the campus with all modern amenities. thirteen Messes (Maharashtrian, Gujarati, Punjabi, & Non-Veg.), Fifteen canteens, STD booth, laundry, dispensary, banks, ATM Centers, Netcafe are provided within the campus.
1) Hostel fee for Indian students: 3/4 seater rooms Rs 56,500/-per annum, (Rs. 51,500/- annual fee & Rs.5000/- deposit (refundable) (Including mess charges advance). for one academic year.
2) Hostel Fee for Foreign students/ NRI students : Rs.66,000/- per annum.(Rs.55,000/- annual fee & Rs.10000/- deposit (refundable) (Mess charges (advance per annum) for one academic year (Rs. 20,000 if desired))
8.How is our college campus connected to the main Pune City?
Our college campus is 9 km. away from Deccan Gymkhana (main city area). Pune Municipal Transport buses are available at regular intervals up to our campus from Pune Railway station, Shaniwarwada, Kothrud & Swargate. Three Seater/ Six Seater auto-rickshaws are also available from any part of the city up to our campus.
