Enclave is organized in a year; generally it is a form of academic instruction, either at an institute. It has the function of bringing together small groups for recurring meetings, focusing each time on different topics, in which everyone present is requested to actively participate. A seminar leader or instructor is more formal presentation of topic. The idea behind the Enclave system is to familiarize students more extensively with the methodology of their chosen subject and also to allow them to interact with examples of the practical problems that always occur during work. It is essentially a place where assigned readings are discussed, questions can be raised and panel discussion can be conducted.
Faculty Development Program organized for enhancing the academic and intellectual environment in the Institute by providing faculty members with enough opportunities to pursue research and also participate in seminar, conferences and workshops.
