Trainings- The Faculty members of department  has conducted training programmes on Entrepreneurship Development for Educated unemployed women from slums ,Career guidance for students ,Staff Development Programmes for Branch managers of Cooperative banks.

 

Research Projects – The Faculty members have undertaken research projects on HRD in Basic Sciences, Problems of hostelite women and students and Impact of Globalisation on trade unions sponsored board of college and University development of University of Pune and Indian Council for social science Research, New Delhi.
