Saturdays at SKNCOE are especially reserved for Personality Development Programme. This programme is specifically designed for development of personality of our students.

Focus of this activity will be to improve upon those aspects of personality which will make them more attractive to companies for placement. Some of the activities include industry interactions by way of guest lectures, Industrial visits, extra curricular activities and Inter- Collegiate Competitions.

Other regular activities include students making presentations on Industrial sectors and Latest Concepts in Management, group discussions on business environment & latest trends in management etc. Students are made placement ready with sessions of extempore, resume building, practicing interview skills.

Faculty mentors students on regular basis on their personal and professional issues.

We believe in continuous and focused efforts for perfection.
