Execution of the module: The program was conducted for 20-24 hours which includes theory cum practical sessions in Lab on Excel. 18 students from MBA HR Sem III & Finance students participated in this Module. They were given Introduction to HR Analytics. Linkages of HR to Business Drivers & how it can be used for decision making was taught. Group Assignments were given to the students. 5 case studies were solved with the help of Excel.
The students were taught Excel IF function, Performing Lookup in Excel, Excel data functions, Excel Math functions, other useful functions, Pivot tables in Excel, etc.
