Academic Year 2021- 22

  • Prof. S. G. Dabade have applied for patent namely Farm Waste Management
  • Prof. S. G. Dabade worked as evaluator for Toy-Cathon event organized by AICTE 
  • Prof. S. G. Dabade attended two days AICTE examination reform event.

  • Mutation 2022 project competition was organized by Mechanical engineering department.

  • Pradnesh Mhatre, Pratik Kakade, Yogesh Landge, Manan Paneri won the Mutation-2022 project competition for their project on Robotics Exoskeleton for upper limbs.

 

Academic Year 2020- 21

  • Pradnyesh Mhatre's research work got selected for International Astronautical Congress, Dubai for 3rd consecutive year.
  • Four project groups applied for AICTE Chatr Vishwakarma awards 2020-21. Two of them selected for state and then for regional convention under the guidance of Prof.S.G. Dabde
  • Two petent published in January 2020 by  Prof.S.G. Dabde,Petent Number 201921052836,201921058887
  • Prof.S.G.dabde Worked as evaluator in toycathon
  • Under scheme of ASPIRE of Savitribai Phule University, we received research funding of Rs 300000
  • Dr.PRASAD LOKHANDE completed PhD from SPPU.
  • Our Third Year student Mr.Pradnesh Mhatre presenting his work in 72nd International Astronautical Congress on 18/06/2021.

 

Academic Year 2019- 20

  • Patent get registerd at Patent Authority of India by Prof. S. G. Dabade with title Wind hovered horizontal axis wind turbine and application no. 201821000129
  • Patent get registerd at Patent Authority of India by Prof. N. V. Lakal with titleDetection of crack defect by using sound and vibration analysis and application no. 201921021945
  • 323 students completed Internships.
  • Various technical activities conducted under professional clubs.
  • 195 students enrolled to GATE exam, 26 students get GATE qualified and 16 student MHCET-MBA qualified.
  • In blood donation camp, 180 units of blood collected.
  • 25 students and 5 staff get NPTEL certified.
  • Principal Cabin and One Classroom is automated with IOT and total 42 projects were Developed.

Academic Year 2018- 19

  • Suraj Bhosale, Amol Kalam, Kirti Bhosale and Shweta Patil received best paper award for their paper on Development of nanocomposit Based Supercapacitor and Validation of Experimental results with ANN by Indian Society of Systems for science & Engineering (ISSE)
  • Akshay  avhad developed Train Maintain LLP.
  • Nikhil Dable ranked as winner in Automobile part modeling and Playing with AURDINO competition.
  • Akshay D. Bauskar ranked as winner in Automobile part modeling  and Playing with AURDINO competition.
  • Vaibhav Agalave ranked as winner in Battle of Brains V4.0 competition and successfully completed 2 days PBL program on IC Engines.

Academic Year 2017- 18

  • 14 students are qualified in GATE and 02 are qualified in CAT examination.
  • Total 05 patents are applied to Patent Authority of India.
  • International white cane day organised to create Creating awareness in the society about blinds.
  • Poster Presentation and competition on social awareness organized on the occasion of Lal Bahadur Shastri and Gandhi Jayanti.
  • Road safety Abhiyan organised at Varsoli Toll plaza, Lonavala.
  • Street play organized on occassion of Rajmata Jijau Jayanti and Swami Vivekananda Jayanti.
  • Maharashtra Youth Training program organised at Balewadi, Pune.
  • Various students helped to Maharashtra Police department during elections as special police force.
  • Special winter camp organised by NSS team at Kadadhe Taluka Maval.

Till 2016- 17

  • Total 18 MOU’s are signed in mechanical department.
  • Team Foster Racers (Go-Kart) has qualified final round of “Elite Karting” and secured 11th position in top 160 teams in Finale.
  • Foster Racers (Go-Kart) got Best sales presentation awardin “Elite Karting” which was held in Bhopal.
  • 10 students from our department trained under Maharashtra Youth training Programme organized by ministry of youth and sports affairs Government of Maharashtra
  • Hydrogen Energy centre is developed in our department.
  • Total 27 books are published by our faculties for different universities, national and international level.
  • Dr. V. V. Shindereceived accolades for work in Hydrogen Energy from Prime minister’s office.
  • Dr. V.V.Shinde given Technical Speech at International Seminar on Project based learning.
  • Dr. V.V.Shinde received Young Innovator Award from Zee 24 Taas.
  • Mr. M. W. Bhalwankar received Best Paper Award  at IIT, Varanasi.
  • Dr.V.V.shinde and Dr.M.S. Rohokale filed patents.
