Electronics and Telecommunication Department of Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Lonavala has introduced a number of innovative programs to create awareness among students about career opportunities that are emerging and to equip them suitably to succeed in competition for securing the best jobs that are available. Set of programs is intended to enhance employability by giving engineering students special training to improve their skills and personality development to succeed in competitions. Many students took the benefit of VAP and it had played very crucial role in their placement process.
