- Sinhgad Institute of Technology regularly hosts conferences on various domains. Recently it had organised a two day seminar on operations titled "OPERATIONALEXCELLENCE".This seminar discussed concepts like "frugal manufacturing " and "emerging market innovations". New techniques like lean also formed an important point of discussion.
- Earlier this academic year,emerging trends in Human Resource Management were also discussed in the HR conference called as "HORIZON". Notable industry experts shared their knowkedge with the students during the 3 day conference
- In Feb 2012, a conference on Finance titled "DIMENSIONS" was organised. Recent concepts in the field of Finance & Accounts were discussed by industry experts.
With guidance of Dr.P.C.Kalkar and Dr. M.S. Gaikwad , all the conferences were a huge success.
