SIBACA MANAGEMENT REVIEW is a flagship journal of SIBACA. A biannual journal with ISSN 2231-5861, first copy of the journal was published in 2011. The basic aim of the journal is to encourage research on new developments and perspectives mainly in the field of management, business and economics. SMR welcomes articles from different regions of the world and aims to publish research papers that can be theoretical, empirical and/or policy oriented. The advisory board of SMR has a good mix of academicians and people working in industry. Also it has experienced academicians in the editorial board.
SMR employs a plagiarism test followed by a blind review system .Each submission is strictly reviewed by an expert reviewer. SMR takes care to publish authentic work.
