Glimpses of Industrial Visit at Persistent
Industrial visit to Persistent Ltd. aimed at raising aspirations of the students. The visit focuses on the advances Information technology has made, Persistent’s role in the growth of IT and how students can learn from it all.
The Journey Begins....
We reached the Persistent at Hinjewadi, Pune by 9:00 a.m. with 200 students and 8 faculty members. Some of the team members from Persistent received us as soon as we reached there .We headed to the Conference room and all faculty members from RMD SSOCS introduced their selves to the audience. After that, session was continued in the following manner.

Mr. Kaustubh Bhadbhade introduced to the students about IT culture. Further he talked about product, product design, product lifecycle, services, deployment, maintenance & support, Agile methodology, Cloud, Big Data and last he demonstrated which technologies are used.
He explained further the identification of SWOTs is important because setting the objective should be done after the SWOT analysis has been performed. The session lasted for 4 hours.
This program brought students and faculty members from an Institute on an exclusive basis and shared with them their experiences. Persisent’s Senior HR Manager Mr. Kaustubh Bhadbhade demonstrated how it’s possible to dream and achieve. He also demonstrated how students could identify their hidden talents and awaken their potential to excel those talents. Students have got chance to interact with Mr. kaustubh Bhadbhade regarding job opportunities in IT industry.
Students have also made aware about the recreational activities that are being arranged for Persistent employees to release their fatigue and to rejuvenate them.
The visit came to an end at 1.00 p.m. The Industrial visit to Persistent was really a fruitful endeavor by RMD SSOCS for its students to create awareness about working environment at IT industries and to make them learn how they can prepare themselves for getting placements in such IT companies.
We take this opportunity to thank the entire team of Persistent System Pvt. Ltd. for providing us information and well as wonderful hospitality.
After concrete efforts of our Management, the students of RMDSSOCS got this esteemed opportunity to have an Industrial visit to a prestigious company like Persistent Pvt. Ltd.
