Worked as a Hindi subject expert for madkeri  DIET of Karnataka State.
Passed Certificate course for  Kanada language at Karataka University  for additional knowledge of language.
Participated in University Research and Training ( Court) 2006 dated 6^th & 7^thOct 2006 at Shivaji University , Kolhapur.

Worked as a subject expert for framing of  syllabus of M.A ( Education , Hindi  medium) for Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha Chennai in 2008.
Worked as a subject expert for framing the syllabus of History subject,B.Ed for Hindi Medium.
Published articles in Bhartiya Shishan Samiksha and Bharat vani.
Book published – Development of Teaching Strategy for value Education through teaching of History subject.
Extended my service to BLDEA, J.S.S College of Education , Bijapur as a part time lecturer  for Hindi method for  a period of 3 yrs.
Acted as a resource person for training program organized for  B.Ed & M.Ed  Students of  IGNOU at  Yashwant  Vidyapeeth, Karad.Working as a Referee for  Ph.D in Education.
Presented paper on 'Health & Physical education'at National level conference held at Indore, M.P. in June 2010
Organised the National Level Conference ‘ Deonagari Lipi’ at  SKNCOET / BEd Kusgaon (BK) Lonavala, on 12^th &13^th also  presented paper & published.
